ABOUT THE OUTFIT:

dress/thrifted; slouchy hat/Icing; heels (which you can barely see)/Payless

So these pictures won't be the prettiest or the most photographically appealing (? is that a thing, Raquel), but I planned to borrow Jordan's camera and head to Antique Alley with Ashley for some outfit photos, but Ashley texted me this morning saying she had a sort of stomach bug. I tried my best not to be sad that I A) wasn't going to be hanging out with my best friend this afternoon and B) that I wouldn't be able to take nice photos because I do not have a tripod, so I did the best I could and didn't waste my afternoon with the only camera I have access to as of right now. 

Regardless of what anyone else may think, I really like this outfit. I should probably go ahead and sew up those dirty edges on this dress, but to be honest, I just haven't felt like it. Anyway, I got this dress at Goodwill with Ashley a couple months ago right before we were really early to a Harry Potter Halloween Party, but it was very 90's Pentecostal chic. Not that that is a bad thing, it was just a little unflattering. but I really wanted a little jean dress. SO me and Ashley took it home and she worked her scissor magic (I literally can't work scissors), et voila! My mom said it was too short, so now I put it on every now and then at home because I think it's pretty. and it's a little grunge, no?
